Party Packages

How does it work?

Be sure to visit our FAQ's section for additional info; such as cancellation policy, space needed, and more. 


  •  Ready to have the ultimate slumber party experience? Let's choose your rental party package, theme, and tent choice. 

  •  Heard over to the menu options and select the Book Now tab.

  •  Review our availability calendar, and fill out the booking request in its entirety. Parties must be booked at least 14 days in advance. Parties booked less than 14 days in advance are subject to availability, and will be charged a late notice fee.

  • We will send you an invoice, or email response within 1 business day. Check your email for the invoice, and submit your retainer within 24 hours. All invoices expire 24 hours after being sent. Party dates are only guaranteed with a retainer. and a signed contract.

  • We will email you a contract with your party details, payments, expectations, and our policies.

  • All names of the party guests (for custom items) must be received by 7 days prior to the party date. Inspo, pictures of the room, and other requested info must be submitted within 2 days of booking. All custom items are final sale, and can't be changed.

  • Final balances are due 7 days before party date. If final payment is not received, your party will be canceled.

  •  You will receive an email confirmation of your party details, and your set up time 7 days prior. Setup and Pick up times are scheduled between 10:00am-1:00pm. You will be given a 30 minute-1 hour window for your setup/pickup times. We schedule based on proximity, and party workload.  

  • All requested info must be submitted by this time, or designs will be generated by us.

  • The day prior to your set up you will receive an email restating the time, and with a few rules, and party tips from us.

  • On set up day- Please make the closest entry to your home easily accessible, with clear access.This may mean parking in the garage/street, and relocating entryway decor. Make sure the area is clear and free of all debris, have adequate spacing, PRIOR to our arrival. We will NOT move any furniture. Set up should take approximately 1 hour +/- (glamping parties, and add ons require additional time. We will point out all gifts for the kids to keep.

  • On Pick up day- We ask that the closest entry to your home is easily accessible. Parents are not required to pack up, or disassemble any equipment. Please have the guests remove all personal belongings and gifts from the tent set ups. We will pack, and conduct an inventory of all equipment.


*We try to make each party unique by using a variety of styling pieces. Parties may not look exactly as pictured. For specific decor requests, please email us. Different decor pieces, trays, mattresses may be used in your set up. The number of setups and styling decor vary by packages. Some items may require additional purchases.
